Hotel De Mallejan was built in 1862 in an old English/Victorian style. In Jan/Feb 2000 the hotel was transformed into a lavishness land estate with modern amenities and a warm and stylish ambience that fits in with the green surroundings of the hotel. The hotel is centrally located, surrounded near woods and old-fashioned stables (guests can brings their own horse and locate the horse in our relaxing stables). Hotel De Mallejan is still a little and intimate country house with only 36 hotel rooms and an fantastic a-la-carte restaurant that serves French specialities with "Couleur Locale". The hotel as well has a few classic cars that can be used near hotel patrons to explore the splendour of this region (De Veluwe). The Dutch Royal family visit this hotel and has since the early nineties. Hotel De Mallejan was decorated near the famous Dutch architect Jan Des Bouvrie.
