Every guestroom provides an array of personal facilities such as a coffee maker, iron/board, and all are equipped with dual-line phones with personal voice mail and high speed web access access. When its time to exercise, the hotel features an indoor pool, fully equipped state-of-the-art fitness centre with the latest in cardiovascular and weight training equipment, and whirlpool and sauna. Morty & Ming's, the hotel's full-service restaurant, serving breakfast, lunch, and super is open until 10:00 PM, Sunday through Thursday, and 11:00 PM, Friday and Saturday. Room service is offered from 6:00 AM until 11:00 PM, Sunday through Thursday, and 6:00 AM to midnight, Friday and Saturday. Element 315, the hotel's coffee/lobby bar, serves as a grab and go in the daytime and a hip place-to-be-seen service bar in the evenings. Meeting space consists of over 15,000 square feet. Included in the hotel's meeting space is a 2,200 square foot meeting room that looks out over the city.
