The Hotel Splendid can be seen from afar. A building of superb style, situated on the renowned *Hoheweg*- Interlakens *Golden Mile*-the best address in the metropolis of the Bernese Oberland. Our international patrons have a choice of 35 rooms with 60 beds in which to enjoy a relaxing nights rest. The excellant restaurant *Au Ler* seats 80-100 people. The original English Pub has seating for 35. Family run hotels are still an important element in the Swiss hotel business. The very special private service is clearly evident in this kind of hotel. The Hassenstein family has managed the Hotel Splendid for over 50 years. Our regular clientele comes from all over the world. Children-our future-play an important role at the Splendid. children age 6 and under stay free in the room of parents and in the existing bedding. children age 7-12 receive a child discount.
