Le Meridien Tahiti, located on the beachfront in the Punaauia region, provides 138 lagoon view bed rooms and Suites with stunning views of the ocean and 12 overwater bungalows, designed with an emphasis on natural materials and refreshing local colours. The hotel features two restaurants providing a wide selection of gourmet Polynesian and international cuisine. It is as well equipped with meeting rooms, amenities for business travelers and a wide selection of sporting and recreational facilities.
Room Types
Lagoon View Rooms - Look directly over the blue lagoon of Tahiti. All rooms combine vivid primary colours, Polynesian furnishings and an emphasis on natural materials and local designs, Air conditioning, direct dial phone, safes, cable television, minibars and coffee makers. The lagoon view room is available with either a Queen Size bed or two single beds. The room is very spacious approximately 47.6 square metres. All the rooms have a terrace, ideal place to read or take in the sunset. The bathroom features all amenities plus a separate bathtub and walk in shower. It is possible to add an extra bed for third adult or a child.
Bungalows - Stretching into the lagoon itself, 12 Polynesian-style bungalows perch right over the water. The bungalows have a spacious deck for whiling away the hours over the lagoon. The over-water bungalow are very spacious with approximately 56 square metres and a separate dressing area. It is impossible to add an extra bed but a convertible sofa can be used for a third person or a child.
