NEW YEARS EVE 2005/2006: Rates are comissionable on 10% for Travel Agencies and include brazilian buffet breakfast breakfast. Please add 5% GVT to the package rates and USD 1.50 per night for the room town tax. All bookings for the period of December 29th 2005 through January 2nd 2006 must be prepaid in full until September 15th 2005 (either near paytell or credit card) otherwise Hotel will not hold the room. For payments using credit card, the security code must be informed. Cancellations must be 60 days before check in date to avoid any penalty. Payments received are non refundable. In case of cancellation after due date or no show we will charge for the entire package period, as stated on the minimum length of stay.
