Puerta del Mar Ixtapa is a striking hotel built in a usual Mexican style and would be the best choice, both for the active tourist, and for the tourist that is looking for relaxation and tranquility. Puerta del Mar provides the greatest suites in Ixtapa, large enough to feel like home. We offer two types of suites, the one-bedroom suites for up to 4 persons, and the two-bedroom suites for up to 6 persons. All suites offer one main bedroom with a king size bed, two full bathrooms, one with tub, facilities included; living room and dining room (in the living room the sofas convert into 2 individual beds); color Television with cable, air conditioning, telephone, terrace (with terrace chairs); and fully equipped kitchenette (refrigerator, microwave oven, etc. The areas of the suites are 70 square meters and 82 square meters. The decor is usual Mexican style, all rooms offer a great view of the hotel swimming pool and gardens. The hotel has no beachfront, but we have a beach / sea Club situated in Playa del Palmar only 2 miniutes away, and we offer transportation (delivery and pick up). Just in front of the hotel, you can hire bicycles and rollerblades, and you can find bike and jogging lanes in the main street, situated just a block away.
